An air conditioned, leather upholstered, silver coach converted into 3 smart
meeting rooms with toilet. Ideal for private meeting, an event or press officer and
organisers to base themselves or a place for VIPs, actors, producers, after dinner
speakers to seek refuge.
Outside the coach is a clean, bright space, with up-lighters and plants, under a
cloud grey awning on all fours sides of the coach, which hs windows all round. It should
be noted that drapes can conceal the coach if wished, or it can be custom branded.
The awning has a black floor and a main front entrance. Seated it takes 120 - 160
people can be catered for in the comfort.
On average a weekend event catering for up to 100 people a day costs in the
region of £12,000. This is to get the unit in situ, erect the side awnings, build the
kitchen, set the dining areas and for staff. See costings.
A 44ft British Racing Green trailer unit also provides a central feature for a
larger awning and space for up to 200 people. The cost of hiring this for a weekend in
marginally less, as it takes a shorter time to erect and the rental reflects this.
